stock exchange - NGM Equity - in Sweden with the ticker C2ST

One trading unit is equivalent to 5 000 shares. Each share entitles
the holder to one (1) vote at the general shareholders
meeting. As of the 31st of August 2010 the number of shares
are 622 998 080 shares.

publications dated the 30th of June 2010.
As of the 30th of June 2010, the share capital was 60 742
312.80 and the number of shares was 467 248 560 distributed
among 4835 shareholders, of which 4667 are registered in
Sweden.
Price trend
The closing share on the 30th of June 2010 was
SEK 0,25, which is equivalent to a market value of 116,8 million
SEK. During the period 04 January 2010 - 31 March 2010, a total
of 111 032 055 shares were traded at NGM Equity.
During the period 02 January 2009 - 30 December 2010 a total
of 181 954 238 shares were traded.
Guarantor of liquidity (Market Maker)
C2SAT has chosen Mangold as Market Maker for the C2SAT share
listed on NGM Equity. Guarantee of liquidity ensures a specific
bread between the bid and offer prices, while liquity is supplied
in order book through a guaranteed minimum volumes of shares of the
bid and offer sides. This leads to lower transaction costs and the
risk in trading the sher decreases. The co-operation replaces the
previous agreement with Remium and started on the 2nd of March
2009.
