C2SAT holding AB (publ) applies since July 1, 2008 the revised
Swedish Companies Act.
C2SAT holding AB (publ) is therefore governed in according
with its articles of association, the Swedish Companies Act
and NGM stock exchange regulations. In line with these
regulations , the company gives a corporate governance report
in connection with the annual report. The report does not form part
of the formal financial statements and has not been reviewed by the
auditors.
The Company has no equity and share-related incentive
program whereby explanation of these can not be presented.
