Organisation
The C2SAT corporate group consists of C2SAT holding AB (publ),
the parent company and the three wholly owned subsidiaries;
C2SAT communications AB, C2SAT Production AB and C2SAT Asia Pacific
(Pte.) Ltd.
C2SAT holding AB (publ)
The main business of C2SAT holding AB is strategic development of
the corporate group and general administration.
C2SAT communications AB
Established in 2000 and with previous extensive experience in
satellite communication, C2SAT communications AB
develops, manufactures and supplies innovative 4-axes
VSAT Stabilised Antenna Systems and monopulse tracking systems used
in satellite communication from maritime vessels in
motion.
C2SAT Production AB
The production facility is located in Söderhamn,
Sweden.
C2SAT Asia Pacific (Pte.) Ltd
The subsidiary was established in September 2009 and based in
Singapore. C2SAT AP enables a more forceful focus on the fast
growing Southeast Asian markets.
C2SAT BSO in Shanghai, China
In co-operation with the Swedish Trade Council, C2SAT has opened a
Business Support Office (BSO) to increase local presence in
China.
Other holdings
C2SAT holding owns 35 % of the shares in WermTec Electronics AB and
8,8 % of the shares in AIMS AB.
The C2SAT Group is headquartered in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden, with
production facilities in Söderhamn, Sweden, Singapore and
Shanghai, China.
