C2SAT holding AB evolved from the reconstruction of Magic House AB, which was carried out at the end of 2000. The company's previous business was divested to Magic House Försäljnings AB. The company first adopted the name of ZIP Structure AB and later, during 2005, C2SAT holding AB. The activities of the company were altered to those of an investment business, but the acquisition of C2SAT communications AB in 2004 resulted in coming investments focusing on technologies supporting the development of stabilised maritime VSAT antenna systems. In 2006, testing of C2SAT's four-axis antenna platform was successfully completed and production by the subsidiary C2SAT production AB company in Söderhamn started. In the fall of 2006, a new board of directors took over as a result of C2SAT's transition from an investment company to a development company concentrating on antenna systems. In 2008 C2SAT presented three additional antenna systems based on the first standard model.
