Stockholm and has acquired a wealth of experience from production
as well as finance due to her background as Managing Director of
Ericsson Components AB and partner of the private equity firm
Brainheart Capital AB. Sigrun has extensive prior board experience
having been a member of the boards of major stock exchange listed
companies such as Sandvik AB and Svenska Handelsbanken. Sigrun is

Jan has a engineering education and a technical background and is
an entrepreneur and founder of a number of
industrial companies in Sweden. He has many years' experience
from leading positions within hydraulics, technology and
process development. Jan has served as technical director with
Dacke PCM (Hexagon Automation AB) and previously as a
member of the board of directors of Dacke PMC Qingdao in China
and PMC Technology AS in Denmark. Today Jan is a member of the
board in Industrihydraulik AB and Morphic Technology AB. Jan
visits regularly in China.

Carl-Otto Dahlberg, Member of the Board of

Carl-Otto is a graduate Naval Architect from Chalmers in Gothenburg
and attended the Stockholm School of Economics. Carl-Otto has been
with Kockum's shipyard and has served with the Kihlbergs
group's shipping company as shipbuilder and ship trader. Carl-Otto
has also served as Managing Director with Stena RoRo AB for 16
years. Today Carl-Otto work as a consultant through his company
Carlship AB, preferentially within shipowning business. Carl-Otto
is also co-owner of Imperial Shipping Ltd and at present
member of the board of Gothenburg Chartering.
